When I first started at Bella, I didn't like it either and thought that there was a lot of work to be done. I am still an aide at bella and I must say that it has come a long way. We have a good carring crew now and things are getting better. I personally think that I am a good aide and I really care about the residents there. I also feel that if all the people that do care and that are good leave because it is not perfect, then it will never get better. I have yet to see a perfect nursing home and one where all the aides are as carring as we would like. I think that every home has a bad egg, but in due time they too shall carry on else where. However, currently I believe that where we are right now is good and will only get better as long as people continue to put their heads together and strive for excellence.
