I would like to explain that what Joel meant was that our sales process is transparent in that the price you see posted is the selling price you pay. We spend a lot of time shopping the internet in order to make sure that we are promoting the lowest price and overall best value on a comparable used car. We value price cars so that the customer knows they are getting a great price right up front without worrying about being the best negotiator. This in turn, saves everyone time, money, and a lot of headache. We apologize if there was any miscommunication and take responsibility for that, but we cannot post prices including tax, title, and license fees because they vary by address. The customer pays sales tax in the city that they live in and that can range between 8-10% depending upon the county and sometimes the city tax.
