I recognize that this is a very labor intensive operation and many items are special order and it is my obligation as a customer to order the part I need; give the correct model, make and year. But if I make a mistake the staff has been willing to swap for the correct part.\r

Forty- eight years experience is impressive and it shows with their skill to get all the info from the customer and offer money saving advice on what will and what will not work.\r

Of course, the Givens team only sell the parts and the customer must make sure that the part is installed properly. The auto parts can only perform as well as they are installed. A poor choice in a mechanic can ruin a perfectly good auto part.
