I went in for a Hyundai issued recall on the control arms. After keeping my car for nearly a month (couldn't get the part, they say), they returned it to me with steering problems. When I asked them to fix the problem, they said that since it was their fault, they would give me a 15% discount. I sucked it up and paid it, and then they slammed me with hidden charges beyond what we had initially talked about. I was hoping this would be a good place to use on a regular basis, but it is just another NYC chop shop.
Pros: they have a soda machine
Cons: they are dishonest
