Great cars.. average dealer 3/21/2014

3500 miles on ElantraGT no complaints. Email of car telemetrics comforting. Dealership fired my salesman. He had bad reviews on Yelp, so I probably paid too much. Do your homework and stick to your numbers. At least corporate or dealer is responsive to improving. Service has inefficient procedures so leave car or bring a BIG book or extra battery for your smart phone. more

Convenient, flexible, clean 2/28/2014

Able to schedule service at my convenience. Located short distance from my residence. Waiting area is comfortable and clean. Food and wifi available. Labor charges are ridiculously high, but no more so than other dealerships. more

Terrible 2/6/2014

After taking my car in for a recall, they somehow managed to do more harm than good. The car died on me, and they blamed me, refusing to fix it as they were nearly closing, and left me stranded for the weekend without a working car. If this were the last place to take my car in the entire world, I would rather just push it home more

Forget everything you know about car dealerships! These guys break the mold, Jack, Mike & the finance guy also named Mike are true gems. After being treated like fresh meat at Plaza in Brooklyn and getting to the point I almost lost faith in leasing altogether I called Jack at Potamkin, told him hat I wanted and with in 3 days I was driving the car I wanted for the price I was comfortable with. Both Jack and Mike gave me their cell phone numbers and were so helpful that I almost felt I was in a dream. I cant say enough about them they are truly professionals. Even if you need to shop around to know what you are getting come back and buy/lease the car here, you wont be sorry! more

Beware 12/13/2013

Seems they are out to get every dollar they can. I got charged full price for things that were covered under warranty. Vulture like sales people descended on me while I was waiting for a battery replacement. They used high pressure on me to leave with a new car right then and there. I only went in for a battery replacement. Also don't expect a loaner car while repairs are being made. "This facility does not provide loaner cars". more

Emergency service 12/11/2013

I started my two-week old Azera and the engine light went on and when I started to drive, it wouldn't shift out of low gear. Being less than a half mile away, I was able to drive to the dealer. They were attended to my car immediately and determined there was a computer issue. It was a Friday and they gave me a loaner at no cost and the computer was replaced and ready on Monday. I couldn't ask for better service. more

From the initial phone call to make the appt to the stepping into my freshly washed car to drive away each and every person I came into contact was professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. The facility is top of the line and spotless. I think the manager at this location is to be commended as the attitude and behavior of each and everyone who works there is a reflection of his management and leadership. I am the Original Owner of 2009 Hyundai Elantra and well satisfied with the car and this Hyundai Service Station. more
