I went to this repair shop because I had heard good things. I brought my lawnmower in & was told that the repair would be $47. A week later I received a call that the mower was done & the repairs were $73. I did not get a call to tell me that the repairs were more. My husband called to get a copy of the receipt & they refused. The mower is only worth $100 brand new. We also offered to let them keep the mower for a small $20 so that they could resell it. In several calls they escalated to yelling before I did & hung up on my husband several times. Now our mower is there because we will not pay the fees with out explanation. I only know that a car repair shop can not operate this way. they now refuse to take our call. very unprofessional. Make sure to get your estimate in writing - I wish I had!
