I bought a 2002 Dodge Dakota from this dealer a few years ago and paid WAY OVER retail for it. That was my fault, but when I had a problem with it (in less than 30 days) it wasn't covered. Another $1,000 down the drain. A week later another major problem developed. That was $2,000 more dollars. The dealer was no help, I tried my best to negotiate a better price on the repairs and got ZIP! When I complained to the manager I was basically told to pay the price and find another dealer to fix the truck. I have since bought two other vehicles, but none of them from Autowest.
