My family dog was put to sleep at the age of 15 in February. To save me from the anquish my father took him to Maywood Vet while I was work, rather than to our chosen vet. I was devestated to hear the news when I returned home and called Maywood Vet to ask about the cremation services selected for my dog. They informed me that public cremation (no remains come back) was selected and I asked if I could have that changed to private and pay with a credit card. They were happy to accomodate that request and quickly charged me 200.00 dollars. I left my cell phone number to be contacted when the remains came back and hung up the phone. I NEVER received a phone call informing me my dog's remains had returned. Months later, when I finnaly felt emotionally secure enough I returned to the office to pick up those remains to be informed (after 10 minutes of waiting around in thier chaotic waiting room IGNORED by thier rude reception staff) that "they were very sorry" but no one ever made th
