The female staff treats people with disrespect. Very unprofessional and rude. Rob you blind, then they withhold your pets medication just so they can get back you up against the wall to make another appt so they can drain you for more money. More than a few animals were misdiagnosed and died. They need to be held accountable for their actions. Why would anyone still go to them I don't know. I have a aggressive dog and no vet would see her but this place did and I thought they were good until I realize Dr. JAY AND HIS FEMALE STAFF..Nikki being one of them were takin advantage of me because they knew I couldn't find a vet to take her so this Dr.jay ripped me off, withholded my dog's meds and then his staff treats me and others I saw with such disrespect.If they can treat people like this can you imagine how they treat your pet. more

Good: Nothing. Bad: The staff are a bunch of teenagers who are trainer to take your money. Nobody knows anything. The so called doctor didn't even look at my poor dog. She just gave her a little white paper and called it a "prescription" for Pepto Bismol! They just gave me basic information and did nothing for my dog. Didn't ask for stool samples, didn't check her eyes, teeth or anything and charged me 59 dollars.. Improvements: Shut this place down! Pets need a place that will actually help them.. Other: I am disgusted with this place and I will NEVER go there again.. more

prices are not consistent and the staff is rude if you should ask any question they get upset. I took my cat for a check up & she was not examined at all, only placed on the table to get her weigh, the Dr. didn't bother to check her heart, ears, eyes etc.( general routine check up )like any other place. I am sorry I took my cat there. 10 yrs. prior I had received great service before I left for FLA now that I came back I regret having taken my pet there. more
