I should have wrote this a long time ago. My friend and I would go to Milano's occasionally for the crabcake. One night my friend left a tip and I needed change in order to run my tip back to the table. I was engrossed in a conversation and walked out the door. Now, mind you, there was a tip on the table. \r

As we were approaching the car, a woman came running out to us to ask if there was a problem with the service because $3.00 certainly wasn't enough for a tip. She then proceeded to tell us how hard the waitresses work and how underpaid they are, how they rely on tips and what are they expected to do with such a small tip ($3.00). Unbelievable. We were shocked at the rudeness and her behavoir. \r

The next day my friend called to complain, the owner wasn't the least bit interested. I followed it up with a letter documenting exactly what was said and how we were treated, it wasn't acknowledged !!! \r

I could never recommend this restaurant to anyone in all good faith. They are rude and unprofessional and I have never set foot back into that place of business. I work way too hard to give my money, and my tip, to people that don't appreciate it.
Cons: Rude waitresses
