Dear God, Do Not Go Here! 7/5/2010

On the recommendation of a friend (who is now no longer a friend sincer I was almost killed by their recommendation), I went to buy a car here. WRONG decision. I was VERY clear what i could afford and what I couldn't. The salesperson basically didn't listen to me and kept showing me cars that I couldn't afford. Only after I threatened to take my business elsewhere did they show up with a car that I could afford, even though it was more than I wanted to spend at the time. Asked three times if the car was safe, been in any accidents, etc. Was told that the car was competely safe on several different occasions. Signed the paperwork, bought the car, and took the car home. I took the car home and drove my children, friends, sister, parents, EVERYONE around in this new car. Brought the car home on Friday, had it for the weekend showing everyone how awesome my new car is. Monday morning it snowed and the traction on the car wouldn't work. My car spun out, the breaks locked up, and I ended up in the lane beside me facing the wrong way. Long story short, I had a head-on collision with another car, the air bags on my car didn't work, I ended up with a broken hand and had to have major surgery. I was laying in the ER Room on a gurney when the sales person who sold me the peice of crap called to ask how I liked my new car. When my mother yelled out that I was getting an MRI because of the bunk car he sold me, he automatically hung the phone up. None of my calls have been returned. I have since bought another car from Griffin Ford in Waukesha. \r If you value your life DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Don't even chance it; buy somewhere else! Pros: NONE! Cons: Pushy Sales People, UNSAFE Cars!!!!!!!!!!!!! more
