My central air died 4th of July weekend. I had to call several appliance repair companies before finding one that would not charge extra for service during the holiday weekend. I'm so glad I tried Ace.\r
The operator sent a technician out the same day. My unit required a minor adjustment and was fixed quickly.\r
However, 3 days later, we encountered the same problem with my AC unit. I called Ace again, and they sent another technician out immeadiately after I called. They were very quick to rectify the problem, and offered a 30 day warranty. The technician was very thorough and worked on our unit for no add'l cost.\r
I won't hesitate to call them in the future!
