This is the 2nd time this year I have used Ace Appliance. Appointments are scheduled quickly & conveniently. The service is good & the pricing is fair. The technician, Tim, who was here to fix my dishwasher was polite & did a great job. It's nice not to have to put your life on hold for a repairman!! more

my washer was not spinning out the wash water timer clicking and start stopping. I called Friday morning and they were there by 1 pm that afternoon. Jimmy was very helpful and informative. He needed to order a part and came back with it today. Everything is back to running order thank goodness, I especially appreciated how he showed me how to spin out my wet clothes manually so they wouldn't be sitting around wet for days. more

Once again Ace Appliance has satisfied our family. Noone enjoys a major appliance problem but luckily Toledo can ALWAYS count on Ace Appliance to arrive PROMPTLY and fix the problem CORRECTLY. We needed our dishwasher and washer fixed in the same day. Mike was able to fix the problem in a very timely manner, and he even had to go back to the shop to pick up the part so he could fix it. I have never had such great service and plan to use Ace Appliance for all of our future appliance repair needs. Thank you guys so much for your EXCELLENT service. more

Our dishwasher was not working properly. Chrisitan showed up on time and within 30 minutes had it running perfectly. He explained what was wrong, and gave us an estimate for a part we may need. He was very helpful, courteous and respectful of our home and our time. We have used Ace Appliance in the past for our washer and refrigerator and have always been pleased with their honesty and service. more

Ace Appliance Toledo 4/19/2012

We had a washing machine that stopped draining. They were able to come out the same day (2 other authorized repair places both said it would be at least 1 week before they would get out). They gave us a 2 hour window that they expected to be out, and called when he was on his way.\r \r Brian V was very professional and informative. Very happy with the work, and I am sure they will be the first place we call for what ever appliance repair we need. more

great service place 8/7/2011

We have now used them twice now for repairs. First was the washing machine. Very prompt and when I explain the problem they were able to resolve the problem and fix it right away. Second time dishwasher broke. Again very prompt in getting out here. Repair person was very honest and explained what the repairs of the cost would be. He gave us two options and we would have been better off just getting a new dishwasher in which we did. These repairs were both on the weekend and they were both prompt in getting out espcially on a weekend and no extra charge to come out on a Saturday afternoon. more

Great Service! 7/18/2011

We recently had a problem with our washing machine. Its very old and we were certain we would need a new one. Not so!! Our friendly Ace service man advised us that all it needed was a water pump which can be a little expenseive for an old washer. He informed us that it was well worth the cost of repair because the older models tend to last longer. In fact our washing machine had not been serviced since the 90's. He was so right, its running wonderfully. Thanks Ace!! more

Service was unexpectedly quick and efficient 7/16/2011

We called the Appliance Center (where we had purchased our refrigerator years ago) to ask for their recommendation for someone to repair our appliance and were given the number for Ace Appliance Service. We called Ace at 5:10 p.m. and were pleased to hear them say a service rep would be at our place between 7 and 9 p.m. that same day. The service man was at our door at 7:10 p.m.and our appliance repair was completed by 8! We will recommend Ace Appliance to anyone needing appliance repair in the future. The repair man was very efficient and neat, leaving our kitchen floor spotless even though the melting process could have been really messy. And best of all, the price was reasonable. Mary MK more

Great service 6/26/2011

We called Ace Appliance for repair on our refrigerator. The company was very professional and courteous and was able to work with our schedule. The technician was friendly and diagnsed the problem as a broken thermostat. We did have to wait for the part but the job was completed to our satisfaction as soon as it came in which was about three days later. We will use their services again when needed. more

Best service 6/15/2011

My refrigerator was leaking water and I called a few repair places. Some were very very high. I called Ace Appliance and they were very reasonable. They came out the same day. The gentleman was very nice and fixed the problem. It has been working great ever since. I would definitely recommend them for any problems. They are very honest. more

soooo very helpful the weekend after christmas my washer quit working and every where else was closed but ace came to the rescue and had my washer fixed in no time and it was affordable too. more

IIt was the weekend before Christmas and my freezer was not working. On a Sunday afternoon, the repairman came out and fixed what appeared to be wrong. The next morning , my freezer still was not freezing. They came back out and determined there was another part gone and suggested I replace the refrigerator not that part. He gave me a credit for the part he had installed the previous day and a coupon for Appliance Center. He was pleasant and honest with his information. I would call them again!!! more

Best and fastest service I have ever seen 1/15/2011

Called in and expected to wait a few days for for them to repair my coktop stove. Was I really surprised when they came to my house the same day I called. Service man was very knowledgeable and worked fast. Cleaned up when he was done. I was more than happy when my final bill was not an arm and a leg. I will always call Ace Appliance when I need service on my appliances. \r \r JR more

Same Day Service 1/15/2011

I was so impressed by Ace Appliance. There services were recommended to me by a friend and at first I was skeptical about the same day service. I requested service online (which gave me a 15% discount on parts) and within an hour, someone contacted me. I scheduled a time after work hours (unusual), and met the service man at my home. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He also had the part on his truck to install right away. I was so pleased about that. All in all, my experience with ACE Appliance will lead to many other referrals to this business. more
