I gave this company over $5000 in April to begin construction on our new home. Yesterday, they told me they are going out of businss - no houses will be built. The General Manager told me he is ""not in a position to refund my money"". They referred me to another builder, but, what gives them the ability to steal this money from me?\r

I am contacting my attorney, the Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney General. But, please help me spread the word about this company. Do not sign any paperwork, or give them any money.
