signed on to have a house built in October of 2005, was finished in June of 06. They cleared out half our lot the rest they just pushed back into the woods and told me id have to pay extra to have them remove the trees they knocked down, they never did any of our landscaping i told Doug we didn't want any bushes so they did nothing what so ever. The seam where the house is connected looks like total garbage cause the man never came back to finish the sanding and seaming. Douggie made everything sound sooooo gooood but was just a thief. So now i am guessing whatever warranty there is/was is null and void! Fantastic! Thanks Siricusa for a terrible 1st time buying experience. more

Its ashame that Bob Cambel ran that business into the ground!! He and is side kick Doug. Ripped off Mr. Siracusa for all he had!. Mr.S had a stroke many years ago and now has nothing to show for his 60 plus years of hard Honest work. Yes, I said honest. It was the jerks running the business who were the no good crooks!! more

I gave this company over $5000 in April to begin construction on our new home. Yesterday, they told me they are going out of businss - no houses will be built. The General Manager told me he is ""not in a position to refund my money"". They referred me to another builder, but, what gives them the ability to steal this money from me?\r \r I am contacting my attorney, the Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney General. We went into contract with SIracusa Homes almost a year ago, and closed on our home in December. Six months later and they still have not completed all the work listed on the punch list. Amazing since they are the ones that write up the punch list and sign it when you do your final walk-through. The sub-contractors they use do sub-par work and use low-quality materials. Their landscaping crew is terrible and we ended up having to fix a major grading/drainage problem ourselves after their crew ""fixed it"". Their office manager is completely rude, no one ever returns phone calls, and their project manager twice missed scheduled appointments with us (no show/no call), making us miss two days of work. Been waiting for our saleman who is also the General manager to return our calls since March. Find another modular home builder. Cons: Does not complete work! more

Dishonest, unprofessional, worst experience building a home. Do not use Siracusa Builders, Egg Harbor Township. Would not recommend. I have been lied to and have been personally blamed for delays. They misrepresented themselves not only to me but to government agencies. If you are currently under contract watch them like a rattle snake. If considering doing business with them, go elsewhere, RUN and don't look back. more

Finally we found someone to listen.Siracusa was willing to travel to our lot and obtain all our premits.They let us make plan changes and dealt with the town to solve all our problems.They said it couldn't be done but Siracusa keep at it and we now are on our land with in our dream house.Siracusa can get the job done.
