I discovered moisture ants in our home and never having had any kind of pest problem before, I freaked out! I called Orkin since that was the only name I knew for pest control and made an appointment for the next day. They were rude, pressured me into a contract and were very inflexible when it came to my schedule. I canceled them before they even came out and contacted Sunrise who was recommended by a friend. What a difference! They were local (when I called Orkin, I was talking to someone in Georgia) they were friendly and reassuring and did not pressure me into a contract. The Sunrise technician came out the next day, was incredibly professional and answered all my questions honestly. We haven't seen a single ant since but if I do, I will absolutely call Sunrise.

We never require contracts because we don't need to. Our goal is to do a good job every time, and it has worked pretty well for us so far... since 1978 right here in the Puget Sound. We do offer recurring services, but you'll never be locked in. Earning your trust is far more important than a contract.
