i had been going to Dr. Napoli for over 20 years. i used to love the fact that i was in and out of his office in a flash until i needed care. first, he misdiagnosed fibroids for a hernia. okay, i put up with that. my follow-up visit was the absolute worst exam. He was rough and yelling in pain did not seem to matter to him. i felt like a slab of meat thrown on the table. after the exam in his office questioning fibroid treatment, i was told not to worry and he wouldn't answer questions and when he did he was rude and condescending and i felt rushed out of his office. the topper to all of this, is i changed doctors after that and went across the street where they found a lump in my breasts on first visit. i have had biopsies and a lumpectomy and if it wasn't for the dr. next door, i'm not sure it would have been caught it in its earliest stages. Friends and family left him years ago because of bad experiences, i should have followed and so should you.
Cons: condescending and uncaring
