I ordered a Ruckus seat lowering kit around the 22nd or 23rd of June and was told it would arrive by the next Friday. When I called on the following Friday I was told ""Well, you didn't order the part til the 23rd (or whatever) and so it wouldn't be here yet."" When I called the following Tuesday I was treated even worse- ""I told you it wasn't here on Friday, UPS doesn't even deliver on Saturday!"" Blah, blah- I'm the dick, I guess. Now it is the NEXT Saturday and the part isn't in yet. No thanks, Sportique! I'm done with you!\r

Paul with Sportique Englewood has gone out of his way to try to repair our business relationship. He let me air my concerns and seemed to appreciate where I came from as a consumer. While I'm not 100% on these guys, I will give them another chance.
