Actually, incompetent and rude is being nice. The office staff treats patients like criminals heading into central booking. It's hard to believe these people work in the medical field, as they have no concern for a patient's recovering or well-being. We received an erroneous charge and were told the balance needed to be settled before seeing the doctor again. Even though it was a mistake, they did nothing to resolve the issue and didn't care that the patient was limping and in pain following major surgery. Not sure if the doctors are aware of how badly the staff treat patients but needless to say, we scheduled a follow-up elsewhere.
