I was housesitting for my parents and the AC stopped working. I called their AC guy, who I won't name (works for a different HVAC company, not Ed Briggs), and was told 4 times that he was ""on his way"" over a 6 hour period. Near the end of this period I saw the Ed Briggs truck across the street at a neighbor's house. I flagged down the guy as he was heading back to his truck and he agreed to take a look (despite the fact that at this point it was 6:30 p.m. on a Friday evening). He quickly diagnosed the issue (a blown compressor). Unfortunately we have to stick with our original guy because the unit is under warranty. Even so, it is still tempting to go with the clearly superior service of Ed Brigg's team. Thank you John for your help! After we get this issue fixed my business will always go to the guys at Ed Briggs.
