A group of friends and I decided to try Red Koi in Coral Gables for the first time. I will never go back! The service was beyond terrible. At one point, as one of my friends is literally putting food into her mouth the waitress asked her if there was anything else she would be wanting because they had to clear our table to accomodate another large group that was waiting for a table. The reason she was still eating and the rest of us weren't is because her food came out approximately half an hour later than everyone else's. Completely unacceptable!!! After we did finish our meal we asked to speak to the manager and we were told that he was upstairs eating with his family and that if we wanted to speak with him we could go upstairs. Again, COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Apparently these people running the place are more concerned with making sure they are having a nice night, rather than offering the same to their patrons. The food was nothing out of this world and the service was PATHETIC!!!
