As an employee of the Wayne Densch Center for over three years it is unfortunate to read such negative reviews. Although as an agency that has proven to provide a variety of excellent supportive services to diverse client populations, our track record does speak for itself. I work for and with an amazing team of people who come to work everyday because they want to help people. The Wayne Desnch Center is a transitional housing program for the homeless, I think people at times lose perspective that we are a program. The Wayne Densch Center is monitored by HUD as well as the State, we have regulations and program guidelines that must be adhered to. People are entitled to there opinions about the Wayne Densch Center, the Staff, and our services. As an employee I must state that the Wayne Densch center is an environment where the staff can truly assist residents with a wide array of issues. As a team we try to incorporate best practices in serving homeless clients relying heavily on open communication, and fairness.
