Jim Archer went above and beyond to explain differences between the insurance companies and differences between policies. He listened patiently while we discussed he needs for our family and what might help get the policy that was most beneficial. He was concerned that we get the best, what fit our plans as well as our pocketbook. He was extremely knowledgeable in all the policy differences, prompt to reply to my requests and detailed in answering all my questions. He never made me feel uncomfortable asking too many questions and walked me through step-by-step in the application process. In the past, I've had some agents push to a certain company and want to 'close the deal' quick and then I never got help from them again. I was skeptical this would be the same but it was exactly the opposite experience We have been very pleased with him as our consultant and feel confident I can ask him any question from here on and he'll be there to help. After all the questions and different plans we looked over, the application went smooth and we got a positive answer faster than we expected! I wouldn't change a thing about the process of getting our insurance and would recommend Jim Archer to anyone needing help in the same situation.
