The beignets are great. As good as in my hometown of New Orleans. But the place is almost always filthy. I went in last Thursday night at 9:50 (it closes at 11) and not one table was clean. In the front, the stools were up on the counter giving the impression from outside that the place was closed. No doubt that's what the employees wanted to convey as they were clearly not happy about getting more customers. The guy at the cash register never speaks, never smiles. Where are the owners of this franchise? What a shame. But if you want great beignets, this is the place. Just go in the daytime. That staff is considerably better.
