When I first moved to the UES I was told not to go to these guys for my laundry because of negative rumors about the owners suing a costumer and the prices for self-service. So I didn?t, I ended up walking a block and a avenue away to an older launder mat with crappy machines and dryers that took more than an hour to dry a small load of clothes. Around four months later, I was in a rush and really didn?t have time to wash my clothes so far away so I went to Todd Layne Cleaners. It was very clean and the women working there seem busy with their job but were kind and helpful. They also have half off Fridays on their washers for self-service, which lessens/evens out their price towards competitors. I also use them for all my dry-cleaning/wash and fold which comes back fabulous. If I knew how Todd Layne Cleaners really was by going there I would have never wasted my time and energy going somewhere else further away. It?s a good thing.
Pros: Clean, Near my Apt and better machines.
