We did our renovation and contractor told us about BKB for our cabinet. Jan Davis design our cabinet and I think she don't know what is she doing. She did order our cabinet with lot of item missing it is 3 weeks now and still not taken care of. After three weeks we got some of our item and that is also not everything that was missing. We called Kraft Maid and I was shocked to learn that what she ordered and what I order is not same and about missing item or broken item that she had knowledge about at time of installation she did not order for next three weeks and we are still waiting for it. I called the owner he called back and said he don't know what happen and no knowledge about my order and just said sorry. When I found out from Kraft maid about my order she did not place what we order. According to Kraft maid my cabinet should be factory maid not patch work. About missing item and what Kraft Maid said about my order I called the owner again and he never pick up phone or reply. I am still waiting for an answer from him. Only thing they are good about is take your money at time of delivery and not providing you service. PLEASE think before you hire Better Kitchen and Bath. I will give them ?-100 or F?. We have spent lot of money and we are thinking to take legal action not for money but we need what we order and not patch work.
