I cannot help but believe that some of these negative reviews are being written by rival agencies or something. I have just had the most positive experience with Louise Beck Properties, as realtors. I've dealt with a realtor named Nate Howard and, boy, does he ever go the extra mile. He is extremely prepared, he does background research, markets the property aggressively (as opposed to simply listing on MLS as assuming people will see it). He also returns phone calls and emails very promptly and helps out in lots of little ways you might not think of, such as lining up people to fix up the property at a very reasonable cost, and arranging to have that done. Some realtors expect the homeowner to do that, which is okay, but it sure is a big burden lifted when the realtor helps out. I just can't say enough good things about Nate and this company in general.
