Louisebeck is unresponsive and it takes forever to get things done with them. While maintenance is handled in a decent manner, trying to fulfill any other requests is like pulling teeth. The main office never answers the phone. It's extremely difficult to get in contact with anyone there. I addressed an issue with a property management associate yesterday. After the initial call, the associate hasn't answered any of my following phone calls. I wouldn't recommend unless you are desperate. more

When you see a 5 star review of only 4-5 lines, the review is obviously planted by owners or employees. Note that there are no 2,3,or 4 star reviews, only 1 or 5. That's a dead giveaway. more

You have an honest, straightforward approach and I admire that. My business thrived on those principles in my thirty year real estate career in the Durham, Chapel Hill area. House temperature is 92 degrees 5/31/2011

I have never before dealt with such an immature and incompetent company as Louise Beck. My AC has been broken for 9 days now when the weather outside has been in the high 90s. The temperature inside the house I am renting from this company is currently 92 degrees. It is completely impossible to get in contact with anyone from this company. They sent an HVAC company, who broke the unit 2 times, to do the repair. In the winter, my heat broke and i was living in 50 degree conditions inside the home which is against regulations. This has been the worst experience of my life as a renter, and I have rented in many cities under both private owners and property management companies. more
