My first visit to the store was positive and the staff could not have more accomodating. The attentive service and assistance influenced me to purchase my gown for my daughter's wedding. What a surprized 5 monhs later when I went to the store to pick up my dress. The staff was extremely rude and offered little assistance. I was handed my dress and off to dressing room I went. No one offered assistance and I had to come out and ask if someone would mind zipping my dress.Thank God, the seamstress happened to be in the store as she was the only one that seemed to care. When I was leaving the store, I asked if someone was going to bag my dress and they sales team reluctantly did so after rolling her eyes and throwing a dress. The ultimate insult was when I left the store, I did not even receive a thank you. I find it ironic that once the purchase was made, they had no time for me. It seems to me that the customer service stopped once they cashed my check.
