I had, perhaps, the worst service EVER. The girl couldn't care less, she was dressed sloppy, no smile, no eye contact, barely a word of conversations, not even a thank you. I felt compelled to write the owner...his business card was on the counter. Owners need to know when their employees are so bad. He writes me back, offers a weak appology and offers me a free kids scoop. A kids scoop???? I was totally insulted. I know where the girl got her service training. He also owns the one at 3266 Westheimer. I will never go back to either of his Baskin Robbins locations. Pros: My favorite ice cream Cons: Horrible service more
