While living in cascade village I was hardly ever home, working two jobs and sleeping at my guy's house half the week. I worked in two restaurants and never ate at home... upon move out I was charged to replace my drip pans and for an oven cleaning; the funny part is I bought new drip pans myself. Also, I was under the impression that my $200 pet fee would apply to any pet ""damages"" upon move out, but that was not the case. It doesn't say anywhere in my lease that it would, or would not; very misleading. They also charged me for miscelaneos cleaning expenses after I spent 4 hours cleaning before I vacated. I beleive this is because the cleaning lady for the complex followed me into my apartment to harass me about some items I left by the dumpster; she followed me into my apartment so I got in her face and I believe that created some prejudice on my final bill. While living there I had to ask multiple times to get a couple of things fixed, I was without heat for four days while it was snowing, and some of the promised amenities were not available while I lived there. Overall, worst renting experience ever.
