I searched and searched for a place to live that was inexpensive and fit my needs, when I found cascade village, even though it is super outdated, I decided to move in for a year. Everything was pretty good, the walls are paper thin, some people that live there are filthy, but the people I worked with, Dexter and Nathan were awesome. I even referred 3 of my friends to move in!! The maintenance team is good too. The problem I had when I moved out was with Hugo and Cathy the managment team. They were charging me $50 to change the drip pan on the stove which there was nothing wrong with and I cleaned once a month and when I went to dispute it along with some other bogus charges I was talked down to, interrupted, and hung up on, I just think their customer service is horrible. When I asked to talk to a head manager with out the presence of Hugo I was told it was not an option.
Pros: Inexpensive, nice pools, good location, good maintenance workers
Cons: Horrible management team, old buildings and design, right by railroad tracks..very loud
