I had been thinking about WhiteGlove for some time and wondering if it was a service that my family could use. Then one night while we were eating out my son complained that his cough had gotten worse and worse so I used this opportunity to try them out since I knew my doctors office was closed. I called WhiteGlove from the restaurant and found out that I was a little to late to make an appointment that night (it was almost 8 pm) but the kind lady on the phone helped me register my son and set an appointment for 1st thing in the morning. The nurse arrived on time and quickly made us feel like we made the right decision to call. My son received excellent care, medication on the spot to begin the healing process, and advice about next steps (if necessary). My son felt very special when the nurse left a bag of goodies to help in on his recovery (it was backed with great things like a can of soup, jello, cough drops, and more..).
Pros: No waiting room, on time appointment, friendly staff
Cons: ummmmmmmm...can't think of one
