This may not be the place to comment, but this is one of the worst places to work. First of all, there are only two cooks that cook for all the events. That is alot of work for two people! The spotlight is really on you if they bring you in to cook... which is good if you want to stand out. The problem with that is that they set impossible standards for everything and then grill you when you don't meet them. Everyday it was like this for me.
