After giving myself some time to cool down I am ready to write an honest review. After bringing my 2009 Ford Escape into over 24 hours earlier I called to get the status of my repair, even though i was promised, and did not receive a call that day. I was put on hold, sent to voicemail, told I would be called back in minutes all day. I spent a total of 5 hours just getting the status of the car's repair! I eventually had to demand the service manager physically walk down to the service area to find out what the status was. It turned out that because the technician assigned to the car was out of the office, it could not be approved to be worked on. Although this seems extremely silly and inefficient I would not be upset if they could have told me that at 11am when I dropped off the car instead 30 hours later! The final issue was that the winshield was broken when I went to pick up my unfinished car. The winshshield was NOT broken when I brought it in, pretty sure I would have noticed a large crack from end to end. They brought out their manager and told me it was a rock chip. Rock chips tend not to happen inside a service shop, dropped tools or parts from the dozens of cars on jacks above the cars not being worked on does happen. They took no responsibility and simply said, ""I don't know anything about that"" several times. Dealing with someone playing dumb in that situation is infuriating.
Pros: In Plano
Cons: Slow, Irresponsible, Dishonest
