We called the Roseville store to see if they would be interested in buying jeans in my daughter's size. They said yes, so my daughter gathered up10 pair of jeans, along with some nice tops that no longer fit her. After driving 30 minutes to get there, an employee announced that they would not be buying any clothes since they were ""short staffed"" even though the two employees were not waiting on any customers at the moment. We asked to talk to the manager who spent more time arguing with us than it would have taken to simply buy our clothes. What a poor way to do business. My daughter had name brand jeans, some never worn, and she had planned to spend up $75 at this store and she probably would have become a regular customer had she not had such a horrible experience. Instead of spending money on radio ads, perhaps it would be more profitable to provide quality service as word of mouth is often the best form of advertising. Oh well, maybe we will have better luck at the Woodbury store.
Cons: poor service
