I bought a Riccar vaccuum at Vaccuum Mart 10 years ago. I used to slightly dread going in for service because the owner's personality was prickly. Recently I needed service and found out the store is under new management, as Vaccum Experts. The owner, Rudy Vega, explained exactly what was needed, called with an estimate within 24 hours, and had it fixed the following day. I found Rudy and his associate Diego to be extremely polite and professional. My vaccuum is as good as new. I was not pressured to buy a new one.
Pros: Full service vaccum sales and service
Cons: Slightly difficult to access plaza in heavy traffic zone
