I called the Vacuum Mart this morning only to find the store is under new ownership. I could not understand the man on the phone and he could not understand or answer my question...

A welcome change of management 7/1/2010

I bought a Riccar vaccuum at Vaccuum Mart 10 years ago. I used to slightly dread going in for service because the owner's personality was prickly. Recently I needed service and found out the store is under new management, as Vaccum Experts. The owner, Rudy Vega, explained exactly what was needed, called with an estimate within 24 hours, and had it fixed the following day. I found Rudy and his associate Diego to be extremely polite and professional. My vaccuum is as good as new. I was not pressured to buy a new one. Under New Ownership 7/23/2007

I called the Vacuum Mart this morning only to find the store is under new ownership. I could not understand the man on the phone and he could not understand or answer my questions. I got terrible service and am now looking for a new vacuum store. more
