I have been going here for 2 years and absolutley love the in office staff. However on one occasion I had a change in insurance and could not be found in the system. I was told that I could pay for my appointment up front and then when my card came in, I would be reimbursed via mail and that it could take a few weeks to process. I had another appointment 2 weeks after the fact, but since it had not been a "few" weeks I did not feel the need to pester.
Pros: Love the staff in office
Cons: billing department blames patients for not doing job
