Billing Department is unprofessional! 7/28/2010

I have been going here for 2 years and absolutley love the in office staff. However on one occasion I had a change in insurance and could not be found in the system. I was told that I could pay for my appointment up front and then when my card came in, I would be reimbursed via mail and that it could take a few weeks to process. I had another appointment 2 weeks after the fact, but since it had not been a "few" weeks I did not feel the need to pester. Pros: Love the staff in office Cons: billing department blames patients for not doing job more

Horrible experience with billing - No customer loyalty 7/1/2008

The doctor was excellent. My daughter had a procedure - no problems. I had a procedure for which I paid upfront. I waited patiently for the insurance to kick in and do their part, which it did and I was owed a refund. My son was to have a procedure, I suggested we just transfer the balance for his work. I was told it would be easier to just give me a refund. Right after my son had his procedure my employer switched dental insurers. There have been delays in processing the claim, now NCO & F has sent my account to collections. It has only been 8 months since the procedure - I been to the office twice now to try to get the information to the insurance company. I am not a deadbeat, I have not been working on this. I feel a total lack of loyalty to a good patient. Pros: Great doctor Cons: No patient loyalty more
