I want to compliment your service dept., especially service advisor Christy.Even though it took longer to repair the trans on my Jeep Grand Chereokee,your staff was terrific at keeping me advised. I cannot say the same for the Customer Assistance Group in Utah. They were unresponsive to the many phone calls I made regarding a rental car and then proceeded to tell me they would not cover the full cost of the rental. I have written a formal complaint to your CEO in Auburn Hills and advised him of the total lack of service from his "customer assistance group". But you are to be congratulated on having such good professionals in your fine dealer ship.
