I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your employees and dealership. This “thank you” note is long overdue. My first visit was on March 2010, to have my Jeep Rubicon serviced. My call was with service advisor, Christy Braddy. Christy’s directions to your dealership were accurate (I have no sense of directions) and dead on! Christy answered my many questions (I’m sure I asked the same question more than once.) She has the patience of a saint. Christy made sure I understood everything and was thorough. She kept me abreast of the work that was being done on my car. Thank you Christy. Jim, The mechanic (tech) could not have been nicer. Jim, sorry about the wild ride and speed bumps. (It’s a Jeep Thing!). Dody and John (Parts Advisors) could not have been more fun and funny too. We shared a few laughs along the way. I really enjoyed your café. I’ve eaten there so many times that I think I know the whole menu by heart. When Stephanie baked cookies, the smell would pull your employees out of their offices. How could they not. Yum! Everyone there wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door the first visit and many times thereafter. I love my and will continue to bring it in to your dealership. I hope I get to meet you Mr. Kovacs, in person just to say hello. I know your employees have a tough job, but they make it look so easy. Thank you again
