I value customer service highly, and your company delivered a refreshingly high level of care, which will keep me coming back. Every person I had contact with, from the front desk staff to the repair technician to the shuttle driver - all genuine & excellent. And it seemed like this focus on service was more a case of the company culture which these folks bought into and truly believed in vs. a company making its employees behave a certain way. A top-flight company with top flight people - oh, and they did a fine job on my vehicle, too!
