Having been an employee of several major CHAIN repair shops previously, I have never liked the way they portray the customers to the employees and the customers themselves. Bob's has shown me that there are STILL small shop owners out there thats have a sense of responsibilty to the customer. We try everything to make the customer feel like a part of OUR family, and treat them as we would like to be treated. We have a motto " Fix It Right, The FIRST Time." And we stand behind that 100 Percent.
