I have taken all of my cars to bobs because he and his TECHNICIAN know exactly what to do about the problem. They have worked on my turbocharged GTI, my Roush mustang, and my best friends C class mercedes benz. and all at competitive prices. dont let the bitter scam shoppers fool you, they do care about what they are giving to the customer. more

Bob's services my companies GMC cube van, my BMW, my daughters Mercury Sable and my girlfriends Mercury mini van. They have gone out of their way to always do the right thing, often having the repair bill come out lower than their original estimate. On the few occasions when things didn't work out right, they always took care of things with a smile, and without additional charges. It's hard to find a shop where the mechanics really know how to diagnose a problem, and where the integrity of the service you receive is beyond question. I receive the same consistent quality service, year in and year out. I have recommended Bob's to friends and employees, and they have all received great service at fair prices. I just don't know what more you could ask from a auto repair shop. Highly Recommend. more

Don't go here to fix your car. They don't know what they're talking about. I knew what was wrong with the car but they told me something completely different that had nothing to do with the problem. The owner was a jerk when I told him his mechanic was wrong because I already knew what was wrong with the car. He told me he knew better and that whoever gave me the other information was wrong. What a douche. Bob's can go suck it. more

If there was an option to give this place no stars - I would. Not only did they misdiagnose my car's problem, they assured me that they could fix it. After it broke down upon leaving their establishment - they gave me another diagnosis and was going to charge me another huge amount that would not have fixed the problem either. They lay blame on the dealership - and the other reviewer was correct about the owner beign arrogant about how long he's been doing this....it's obvious that he and his mechanic should go back and take some continuing education classes .... Bob said that he'd give me a partial refund but after finding a ride back down there he said that he changed his mind. A phone call would have been nice so I didn't waste my time or my rides time. according to the other review they don't stand behind anything and they didn't fix it right and if this how you treat family they would 've been disowned long ago. Having been an employee of several major CHAIN repair shops previously, I have never liked the way they portray the customers to the employees and the customers themselves. Bob's has shown me that there are STILL small shop owners out there thats have a sense of responsibilty to the customer. We try everything to make the customer feel like a part of OUR family, and treat them as we would like to be treated. We have a motto " Fix It Right, The FIRST Time." I you are looking for the typical sleaze-ball automotive shop then this is the place for you. They hire an outside sales team to up sale packages that over promise and under deliver. They sell you on a local family establishment, with dependable and speedy service, all which are a lie. The service is less than par and if you wish to speak to the the owner well........................ He will inform you in his arrogant voice , " thats how i have run this place for 14 years so tuff" We pay his bills and do not deserve to be treated like that, not eaven by a grease monkey.
