We had a major engine failure and needed a vehicle ASAP.
Joe at Twin River Auto was able to find us what we wanted and even had it delivered it to our house (since we didn't have a second car), within two days. We were expecting to have to "settle" for something not get what we wanted in days.
What great service!
That prompted us to return to Twin Rivers when we wanted another car for our kids to use.
We didn't have to wait 2 days this time. He had several different makes and models for us to choose from right there on the lot. It took us longer to decide which one we wanted than to do the paperwork and leave with another new (to us) car.
We will be returning to Twin Rivers Auto in the future since we have been MORE than satisfied with the purchases, the prices, and especially the excellent customer experience we have had.
I would expect service like that from a high end Porsche dealer, not a local small town car guy like we received from Joe at Twin River Auto.
