We had a major engine failure and needed a vehicle ASAP. Joe at Twin River Auto was able to find us what we wanted and even had it delivered it to our house (since we didn't have a second car), within two days. We were expecting to have to "settle" for something not get what we wanted in days. What great service! That prompted us to return to Twin Rivers when we wanted another car for our kids to use. We didn't have to wait 2 days this time. He had several different makes and models for us to choose from right there on the lot. It took us longer to decide which one we wanted than to do the paperwork and leave with another new (to us) car. We will be returning to Twin Rivers Auto in the future since we have been MORE than satisfied with the purchases, the prices, and especially the excellent customer experience we have had. I would expect service like that from a high end Porsche dealer, not a local small town car guy like we received from Joe at Twin River Auto. I have worked with Joe and Monica on several vehicles in the past and will continue with them at their new location in Ham Lake. They are after your best interests in the vehicle that is right for you and go out of their way to work up the best deal or even FIND you the vehicle you are after. I purchased my first car from Joe the Car Guy back when I was 16. For the last ten years, his family owned business has mananged to keep up with me by following up on occassion and I always get a birthday card every year from Twin Rivers Auto Sales! I admire the tenacity and hard work they put in at Twin Rivers Auto and when making such a large purchase, I want to know that my money is going to support a local, family owned business and not a dealership...where I am just a number. I have since purchased three cars from Joe and both my mother, brother and friends have bought used vehicles from Joe. His honest business dealings have been such a blessing to me and my family and friends. Don't walk.....RUN to check out this amazing local business!!!!!!! If you want a great deal on a used car this is the place to go. Joe is an honest dealer who will go over the top to make sure his customers are happy. My entire family has been buying from Joe for years. It's unfortunate customers like Looper exist because knowing Joe he probably gave all his limbs to make this person happy. I bought a $3600 car and on day two had to bring it into the shop for check engine light costing me $1200. When I called Joe he procedded to tell me that the shop was ripping me off. I think it's kind of odd that the light happens to come on just when I have taken it home but never in the month he had the car. more

I had my $7,000 purchase need $500 in repairs 5 days after driving off the lot. Joe assured me it was fixed 2 times in a row from Andover Autobody but itnever was. I finally became so frustrated at his dishonesty and wasteing my time that I had it fixed myself. Beware of this one, better yet run. Pros: none Cons: Dishonesty more
