I?ve had him fix several machines that I?ve bought years prior and he helped me find a solution for my central vac which came with my house. He knows his stuff. Today, I purchased a new Hoover Steam Cleaner from him. I needed his phone # and I found it with the reviews on this page. I was shocked at the 2 negative comments. He?s got a great sense of humor (hardly a ?total clown? but funny none the less). He had a walk-in and 2 phone calls while he was demonstrating the Hoover to me and handled it all in stride. He wasn't short with any of us. \r
