I?ve known this guy / business since 1993. I?ve bought several Panasonic vacuum cleaners -- all of them are still working great. I?ve had him fix several machines that I?ve bought years prior and he helped me find a solution for my central vac which came with my house. He knows his stuff. He?s very helpful and his prices are very reasonable. What else could you want?!\r

Today, I purchased a new Hoover Steam Cleaner from him. I needed his phone # and I found it with the reviews on this page. I was shocked at the 2 negative comments. He?s got a great sense of humor (hardly a ?total clown? but funny none the less). He had a walk-in and 2 phone calls while he was demonstrating the Hoover to me and handled it all in stride. He wasn't short with any of us. \r

He?s been in business for 30+ years and he's focused on pleasing his customers. Find the best vacuum via Consumer Reports and then go talk to him. That's how I first me him and I couldn't be happier with w
