They are horrible. Louis, our agent, let our coverage lapse 3 times without telling us and caused our mortgage company to force place insurance into our escrow 3 times within 3 months by not telling us we needed an inspection, then not being honest about correcting the problem. I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE!
